From a pokemon card collector this store is absolutely incredible. Their customer service and process to insure orderly lines, and goodwill with their local community is a breath of fresh air. In a time where alot of targets actively hate their pokemom amd trading card customers and take steps to make them as uncomfortable as possible, this store not only made sure that their local community was able to buy the cards for the hobby we love but also took the extra step to provide water for those of us waiting in line in 100 degree weather, come out and talk to the people of the community, and show an extremely high level of customer service. Especially the employee Alisha is an absolute asset to the store and to Target as a whole. Will drive a little further to make this my go to target for everything now thanks to them!

I spent 1hr looking for 6 item I couldn’t find it but this guy name Anthony who is only been working there for 5 month came up to me and ask Ask me if I needed help Help.. he helped me find everything within 8mins I was very happy thank for For Anthony.. Usually, usually when I ask for help the ladies they don’t even speak English they don’t know where anything at. But Anthony, who’s only been working there for five months already know his way around the store this guy is great thank you Anthony. I love target

A big thanks to John who was at the billing counter . With his help I was able to use my discounts rewards from the app and my total expenses got reduced. Target is always super clean and it’s a pleasure to shop around. The best part is the toy section where you’ll get plethora of choices for kids, I’ve never seen a collection like of target anywhere.

I arrived at this Target shortly after opening, along with more than twenty other customers, to purchase Pokémon trading card products that were confirmed to be in stock. However, we were told the items would not be put out until noon, over four hours after opening. When we politely asked for clarification, we were informed by an employee named Karen that the products were not being stocked simply because she “didn’t want to put them out yet.” We explained that many customers had been waiting for hours and asked for a reasonable timeframe. Instead of providing an explanation, the employee responded with a dismissive attitude and said, “I don’t know. We’re gonna sell them whenever we decide to sell them.” This level of disrespect toward customers’ time and effort is extremely disappointing. My household shops at Target frequently and spends a significant amount here each week. Experiences like this make it clear that certain store-level practices and attitudes do not reflect the customer service standards that Target claims to uphold. I strongly urge Target corporate to review this location’s management and stocking procedures, as well as the professionalism of staff, to prevent this from happening to other customers especially during the holiday season.

Do not go to this Target. The sales associates are rude, unpleasant, unprofessional, and unhelpful, clearly unhappy with their job. Furthermore, Target brands return policy is 365 days with receipt however, this location went in they will not return. They made up own policy and printed up a paper without a date nor the superior whom came up with revised policy on Cat & Jack return policy. I went in store today front desk associate both stated they changed policy with that store only will not accept the return even with receipt. Both stated it was changed months ago however, 2 days ago it was accepted by another team member with no problems. Chelsea was whom assisted me and another team member was next to her to vouch for it a big chunky young guy then here comes another associate running behind them to place the piece of paper in front of me with the new policy for this store. Corporate will be in contact with all evidence it was recorded. I would suggest going to another location as I took my items to another store returned without any issues nor were they aware of new policy since this store all the members whom assisted me today state it is statewide policy change. It’s always an issue a few times at the self checkout lane the associate would be in rush to clock out would interrupt with my checkout stated she was just helping I didn’t need her help with bagging I asked her nicely to not do it and seconds later was again in my space taking my items bagging them any type of way placing heavy items on top of eggs I told her again not to help also she needs retraining who places heavy items on top of eggs which her rushing careless tactic crushed 4 eggs when I got to my car checked these eggs are expensive the organic Vital Farms eggs are over $10 had an attitude walked away to gossip again with coworker as 2 minutes prior she was gossiping and complaining with another employee saying customers need to hurry up and leave so she can get out she had plans with friends. Another time employee was all in my personal space even after I asked her to keep distance since she was literally 3-4 inches away from my face as I was checking out my items wouldn’t give me personal space and rudely taking items out my hand to scan herself which I didn’t need her help I like to scan all my items and place items a certain way in my bag so it would be easier for me to put away when I get home plus frozen items shouldn’t be with other household items especially cleaning products and she didn’t care just rude as the other employees at this location. Out of all the Targets in Tampa this is the worst experience ever!
