We visited Target to shop for our baby and picked up some toys, water bottles, juices, and other essentials. The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. Checkout was smooth and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was a very good shopping experience.

Was at target it’s Saturday after Black Friday so the lines are long went to Starbucks. 3 Starbucks employees are there 2 guys 1 girl I asked the first guy approaching to the counter. Do you mind ringing me up the lines are long, he looks at me didn’t say one thing picks up the scanner. I put everything on the counter. I only have five items small items. He looks at my stuff, puts the scanner back down, walks off and starts doing other work never acknowledged me standing there second person, young lady. I said what’s wrong. I said do you mind ringing me up? The lines are very long. She interns looks at me and says we don’t have any bags over here. I say well can I just take the receipt go over there with my stuff and then bag it she says no the third guy he’s standing right there walks up to the register he says we can’t take the stuff here. We have no bags over here. You have to take it to the register, mind you i’ve checked out at Starbucks several times if the lines are long only if I have a handful of items. These three people were very unprofessional I get my stuff. Find another employee ask him to call the store manager. He calls the first person which is a guy I asked was he the store manager? He tells me no that the store manager is on maternity leave then he says what’s up. I said I’m sorry I don’t need to speak with you. I need to speak to the acting store manager. He calls the acting store manager. She comes up. I know her. She’s very pleasant very nice lady. She sees me we start speaking. I tell her exactly what happens. She could not believe the staff over at Starbucks. She says why can’t they check you out? They have Starbucks bags back there. I said they told me to take my stuff over to the counter. She says no they have bags back there. I said well do you mind if we walk over there so I can check as she says absolutely we walk up to the counter she mentioned hey guys can you check her out? The lines are very long over there. The very first guy says why I felt disrespected. She says well we’ll talk about that later. I said how did you feel disrespected because I asked do you mind checking me out because the lines are long so then the third guy he says well we have no bags back here. She said you have Starbucks bags back there what do you use for online orders so he starts looking behind the counter you could tell he didn’t want to check me out then I put my stuff on the counter. He checks me out. I bagged my stuff Myself. He gives me my receipt, not saying one word I take my bag and I’ll leave. I ended up contacting corporate this Starbucks on Bloomingdale has some of the most disrespectful employees that I have ever encounter and I’ve been going to this target for years. Do better Target on training and customer service.

I love Target, but what an awful experience this morning, hopefully this isn’t the new norm. I like going early when it’s nice and quiet and no hustle and bustle of crowds. But this morning the employees were unbelievably loud. Two women were literally standing across from each other and still yelling instructions at each other. Not angry jut high volume. Employees “yelling” across the clothes racks. They were all friendly and said good morning. But why are the conversations SO loud. I had to leave. As I left, another customer coming in and yes you could hear voices as you walked in, her face looked like “what’s happening here?” It was at least five female employees same volume. Only one gentleman was quietly working. The other day I was at the self checkout and needed help and no one around. I had to find employee. Target is changing and not for the better:(

This target has gone so downhill. What is going on? Their bathrooms are always GROSS. Went in yesterday to grab a few things and it shocked my partner and I how bad things looked. Is Ulta being shut down? The shelves were next to bare and it was so dirty. The hygiene section was a mess and there were so many leaked, crusty items in both the hygiene and laundry section. The toys were also strangely empty in so many spots. The concession near the front no longer has a register and there was no popcorn. Is this store headed out of business, or is management just terrible?!

Number1 I'm only giving them one star because you have to give them something in order to write this review. Number2 I just bought Target 360 it was my first time using them and I had my groceries and items delivered not only were they delivered by some people that you can tell we're not how would I say this in a nice way you can tell they were on drugs basically, which whatever I have a Walmart account and it's delivered by people like that all the time and I don't have a problem however these people came and on my profile is specifically says please bring to my porch they rushed up date do my groceries on the ground of my garage with machinery around and everything you can tell in the picture that it is a garage dirty floor they said they had a snap a picture and then they took off mind you I normally pay tips and cash because I was a waitress once and sometimes you don't get your full tip whenever it's paid for a card sometimes the company gets some of it or someone else get some of it so I always pay cash I didn't even get to be like hey 1 second here's a tip because they literally threw it on the ground snapped a picture and took it off because it was a woman both younger both very under the influence of something you can tell and they took off when I looked I noticed there is no way this is all of my items there's not enough bags here I grabbed my bags and I took them all the way up my sidewalk through my porch and into my home which is a little bit of a walk know how they pulled in the driveway it wouldn't have been very much of a walk but they didn't even pull in the driveway I don't even know where they parked I never seen where they came from they showed up out of nowhere I seen no vehicle anyways I get my groceries inside and I go through and I realize no this is not all my groceries so I go on the website and it tells me to click on fix an issue I've never used their website or anything before and that's what it told me to do so that's what I did now goes to a page with all my items and tells me to pick which items I have an issue with so I do and it asked me what is the issue I put missing on each one of them now it goes to the next page and it tells me that I can write something out if I want to so I write something out and I hit submit then it goes to the next page and tells me there's an issue I need to contact someone using this number I called the number and I get ahold of the lady the lady is supposed to be the head lady there's nobody above her and supposedly she can't refund my money all because the people took a picture now in the picture you can't tell what's in the bags if you look at my order you can tell how many items I have bought you can tell in the pictures they took that there's nowhere near as many bags as there should be for as many items as I bought but because they took a picture of it being delivered I can't get my money back that makes no sense that picture could have been taken anywhere that might not even be my house it is my house but technically it's not my house it's my garage which I specifically said please bring to my porch and you write it down in my dirty garage and took off but either way bottom line is Target is telling me they can't refund me for my missing items because of a picture there is something wrong here now I have went through the thing on target site I have called them I have talked on a chat I have emailed and I have gotten the same result so now I'm on here to let people know be careful with nothing with Target because if there's a picture they're not going to refund you for your missing items just because they see some bags and a picture mind you they can't see what's in those bags but because of that picture you're just out of your money no I personally took everything out of the bags put it on my kitchen table which with everything I bought it wouldn't fit on my kitchen table but because there was so much missing I put it on my kitchen table and took a picture of myself so now because of their customer service I will be taking legal actions against them
