I came in to buy AirPods Pro 3, having checked the Target app beforehand which showed 6 in stock. Since high-value electronics are typically locked up, I went looking for the display cards in the electronics section. I found the AirPods Pro display card, but it was incorrectly placed under the AirPods 4 listing. Minor mistake, no big deal. Not knowing the usual process, I carried the display card to the checkout counter. When the associate came over, she told me I wasn’t supposed to take the display card, which is fair, I didn’t know. She then checked inventory and told me AirPods Pro 3 were out of stock. I asked her to double check since the app had shown them in stock just minutes before. To be fair, she did search for AirPods Pro 3 on her inventory system, but the first result that came up was AirPods 3, which seems like a system error worth looking into. That said, I pointed to the product photo on her screen and compared it to the display card, explaining that these were two completely different products. The photos were clearly different. Eventually a second associate stepped in and confirmed the Pro 3 was actually in stock, which is exactly what I had been asking for the whole time. The original associate then walked off with the display card and said I had brought the wrong one. I hadn’t. I clearly stated AirPods Pro 3 from the moment I walked up. I eventually got my AirPods Pro 3. But what should have been a five minute trip turned into a genuinely exhausting experience, and being blamed for the confusion at the end was the most frustrating part. Mistakes happen and I get that. What I don’t appreciate is being made to feel like it was my fault.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This target is the smallest in the DMV and I had a good experience at the store. This one is smaller than the one in Bethesda and there isn't a huge selection of inventory.

Inventory is straight garbage. I live by here and for some reason always think they have stuff... but they don't. I was looking for 100% cotton socks of course they don't have that, why would they?

Not a huge selection, they have low inventory. Not like other target stores. Always seems like they don't have enough people working shifts

I was having a great day until I came to this target. They have nothing mens. Just go to the one in Alexandria- I feel like I’m stuck in hell at this Target.
