Clean and well arranged. Easy to find things. My cashier acted like she hated life and made checkout awkward. Still had a couple nice interactions with other employees. Good location, too.

Shopping at the Columbia Heights Target is physically DANGEROUS both in and outside the store. Mall escalator is continuously OUT OF SERVICE, Forced to climb onto shelf ledging to reach Poorly Placed product at back of shelf despite there being plenty of room on the front of shelf. Piece of shelving I was holding onto dislodged and I fell back. Close call for serious injury. Target employs Hyper surveillance yet ZERO customer service. Not worth the unsavory, unsafe and unpleasant shopping experience. I do NOT recommend shopping at the Columbia Heights Target.

When I go to this target, the Management staff as well as Customer Service and cashiers are always extremely helpful and welcoming to me and my daughter! This is extremely important when spending my money in any store and I appreciate this from them. 😊

Bad customer service what happened today on the register one customer before me she ask to the cashier can you please check the price she saw different price you please go and check it she told the customer to check the price by her self . The customer was waiting talking with the guy stand in customer service. She come back and told her did you check the lady was mad and leave the store I told her to call customer service . Bad customer service ever !please train all of the cashiers

Two story target with wide range of offerings. What you expect from target though this location. Has boxers and socks locked up. The returns area has a candy display well lit up and the shelves are unorganized and not well maintained. Found most things I was looking for so my experience was good.
