I love this place! They always have what I need and the online ordering system is set up conveniently. The only complaint I would have is that they NEVER have enough cashiers. Oh and they have an old school Pizza Hut which is cool.

I really like this Target, but they need to limit how many items you can take through self checkout. I was behind multiple carts filled to the top, with two taking up registers. One register was having issues with payment, which left one that actually moved to accomodate the line. Self checkout is supposed to be quick.

I shop here often mainly for convenience, but after about four years I have a solid sense of what to expect from this Target. It’s largely staffed by teenagers, which makes sense given its proximity to schools, but the staff are often self-interested and quickly overwhelmed. Employees frequently seem disengaged or inattentive to customers—whether at in-store pickup, Starbucks, while stocking, or at customer service. The grocery section is consistently understocked, and when items are available, freshness is a recurring issue. I understand this isn’t Whole Foods, but I’ve purchased bacon that was more than two weeks past its expiration date, and berries often go bad within a couple of days. On top of that, prices are generally higher than nearby grocery stores, which makes the quality issues even more frustrating.

There is a stark difference between this Target and all the other Targets in town. This is easily the worst Target in Northern Colorado Springs. They never have anything in stock and fail to set up any cool displays that every other Target has. Why is that the case. Genuinely i want to know. They seem to have gotten better about keeping both self check out lanes open though, so I’ll give y’all that.

The few times I go, it keeps getting worse. Long lines and not getting the correct sales/discount price. Clerk at self checkout was no help, didn’t seem to know their own policies or was too lazy to make a correction. Do better Target!
