Staff refused to give any information regarding the store manager’s last name and refused to give district manager’s name bc ‘they didn’t have to’. The store manager, Jim, refused to even deal with it. This is after I had to find someone to help me and tell them after they said the store didn’t have what I was looking for. I showed them that indeed they did have it. They decided to actually try to help and surprise surprise it was in the back. Not stocked on the shelf. After 45 min of trying to get the item, I told them I would just pay online and since I have it already found how can I go ahead and take that item as it would be cheaper the way I was trying to purchase it. They said I couldn’t just take it that they would have to assign it to a team to get and fulfill. It might take 2 hours. I said I have it right here, can I buy it and you just mark it that way? No, it’s 2 hours. I have a video of the store manager just ignoring my questions. I’d be happy to put that out there wherever I can. Then the security guard said if I wasn’t buying anything to leave or they would call the cops bc it would be considered loitering. I told them to go ahead but I would like a path of escalation. The security guard, Courtney, kept saying I didn’t need any of the information. She said she called the cops and how if the path of escalation I was provided didn’t work I could come back.

These two young ladies came out to my car and asked me for assistance. I was struggling to download the app to pick up my groceries, and they thoughtfully came over and asked me if I needed help. I love this type of customer service. Thank you to the two young ladies. I hope their day was beautiful. ⭐️

This is your typical Target. Very busy store though. But the store is always clean and there's always someone around to ask a question. Might take a second to find them but they're there. Everything is stocked well and really nothing bad to say.

So this Target is a pretty good one and has plenty of stock. It's kept clean and well organized. I personally really enjoy this Target. The reason for ⭐⭐⭐ is from the check out lines. Honestly I would just have done ⭐⭐⭐⭐ but the checkout lines has been having issues for over a year now. They usually only have one side of self checkout open instead of both ends. Also they seem to use one maybe two checkout lines. This makes it incredibly slow. You could easily be waiting in line to checkout for 20 minutes. If you see from other reviews and pictures, you will see that this trend has been going on for a while. If it was not for the checkout lines being a disaster, this would definitely be a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review. I'll definitely change it too once the checkout lines are opening up for more customers.

I find it hilarious, after a 2.6% revenue drop in 2025, that Target continues to go downhill with shoddy customer service. Take for instance, a pickup where I wasn't even given a paper bag to carry my items. When I asked about it, the rep just said "nope, no bag". I've recieved orders where they put two small items in a bag. The inconsistency, along with multiple issues in the past, clearly show Target has lost it's way.
