Be very careful with gift cards. Customer service (Lory) kindly explained that if you accidentally tear it, congratulations—you’ve permanently destroyed your own money. The balance cannot be restored, replaced, or recovered in any way. Once it’s torn, it’s gone forever. No mercy, no backup plan.

It's a must to visit and shop at Target 🎯 every year before Christmas 🎄🎁, as the entire store is full of Christmasy ambience!!! Like particularly their selections of Christmas home decor items, always very warmful, last but not the least, have to mention a little bit their own brand, favorite day, almost all the items are "must buy".

Horrible store. Everything is locked up and workers are generally not helpful. I came in wanting a phone charger— locked up. Went to the technology counter and the guy was talking to one of his coworkers and didn’t acknowledge me for a few minutes. Once he finally acknowledged me, he said he would meet me in the aisle with the chargers. He keeps talking to his friend for a few minutes and then started helping another customer! I hit the button for help in the aisle 3 times total over the span of 15min. Nobody came to help. At least 3 workers walked by and didn’t help. I hate this store and everything target is becoming! All I needed was a charger and what should have been a 5min trip turned into a 20min nightmare ending with me just placing an online order to pick up later even though I need it now.

This Target has been my go-to store for the past 5 years, and I come here weekly, usually for drive-up orders. Yesterday 10/2/25 around 8:25 PM, I picked up my order and realized I forgot dessert. I asked my delivery associate if they sold cakes or cupcakes. Even though English is not my first language (and not hers either), she went out of her way to understand me. She even looked up options on her phone instead of simply saying “I don’t know.” I really appreciated the extra effort and kindness she showed.

Worst experience at Target this morning. ONE cashier and more than 20 people in line. Line go self check out was equally as long and 3 out of the 4 people using them had issues and were waiting for help from the associate. No one was calling for an additional cashier or help. Management should have awareness on the front end of the store and manage the lines and customer experience
