I know customers tend to exaggerate but I’ve honestly never seen such dirty bathrooms. PILES of toilet paper EVERYWHERE, not a single toilet flushes and paper towels sitting outside the dispensers. I do expect more from Target. This was every stall btw

I’d like to report an experience I had at your store. I was using one of the mobility carts because of a leg injury and needed assistance getting around the store. While I was shopping, a security employee approached me and told me I should be walking instead and asked me to return the cart. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable by this interaction. My injury is not something that may be obvious to others, but I had a legitimate need for the mobility cart. I believe customers should be treated respectfully and should not be questioned or judged about their medical conditions without cause. I am bringing this to your attention so that this situation can be reviewed and so that other customers with disabilities or injuries do not have a similar experience.

I am writing to report a serious issue with an item I recently purchased from your store for approximately $250. After attempting to register the product on the manufacturer’s website, I discovered that the warranty had already expired. Because of this, I went to a Target store to seek assistance. The employees there informed me that I would need to contact the manufacturer directly, as they could not resolve the issue in-store. Since I purchased the item from Target, I attempted to return it. However, I was initially told that the item was not eligible for return. Upon further inspection, a staff member noticed that the product inside the box did not match the packaging. This raised an additional concern, as it appears I may have been sold an incorrect or previously tampered item. This experience was very upsetting—not only because I received an expired and mismatched product, but also because the situation made it seem as though I was at fault when trying to explain the issue in-store. I eventually contacted Target customer service, and the issue was resolved, allowing me to return the item. I appreciate that outcome and want to clarify that the store employees were not at fault—they were helpful within the limits of the system. However, I believe this issue originated from a failure in quality control or the fulfillment process, and I hope it can be investigated to prevent similar situations for other customers. Nice very clean store Got almost everything I wanted Beer collections is good, non alcohol beer on display are aplenty to choose from Beer prices are a bit more expensive than at Costco but…Costco doesn’t sell non-alcohol beers. Do you hear it Costco?
