The team member Angelica is really unprofessional because I asked for help and she gave me attitude and walked away really fast. She said “I’ll help you in a bit and she never came back.” Then I came back a second time and I was met with the same exact attitude. She is insanely rude, but the other target employees were amazing and I feel bad they have to deal with her. Do better!

Management doesn’t even know their own policies can’t even make a simple return/exchange (Karla Rodriguez) unprofessional and making a customer waist time. Couldn’t even show her face to tell me had to have an employee say on her behalf.

Worst Target service ever. If you’re gonna lock all the products in a clear cabinet, at least leave a button to ask for staff. This is what they do on several other Target locations and Walgreens. If you’re understaffed, hire more! There were no staff at all in this area or nearby sections. I had to look for an Ask For Help? machine, tapped the Asking for Staff, waited for the little doggo running and a message said Staff is on the way. However, they NEVER came. I tapped that button 3 times and waited for a long time but no one came. It’s like they ghosted customers on purpose. It’s best to visit other Target locations.

Pretty disappointed, I usually shop at target for all my essentials. Unfortunately I did not walk to the cash register right at 10pm since I walked up at 10:01pm and apparently I could not purchase my things because it was pass 10? By a minute? Never heard of all machines shutting down at 10 right away. She was pretty careless of what I needed to buy or anything she was already counting out the cashiers as if her going home was more important she stated she was the manager. Pretty rude. By reading the reviews she must be Karla but acted like a Karen..

I love Target. They have everything in 1 stop. We were short a few basic items at our Air B&B, but I found everything I needed right down the street at Target.
