I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unacceptable experience I had today at your Target store located at: 8251 Mira Mesa Blvd San Diego, CA 92126 My family and I found a head scarf displayed on the sales floor. We liked the item and wanted to purchase it. However, when we brought it to the checkout, the item would not scan. A manager named Darla informed us that we were not allowed to buy it. I find this extremely frustrating and unacceptable. If an item is placed on the sales floor and made available to customers, customers should reasonably be able to purchase it. It is not the customer’s responsibility to deal with Target’s internal inventory, pricing, or scanning issues. From a customer’s perspective, Target offered this item for sale by placing it on the sales floor. Refusing to sell it at checkout after we selected it is unfair, misleading, and a very poor customer service experience. I would like a clear explanation of why this happened and what Target is going to do to resolve the situation. I also expect Target to either allow us to purchase the item or provide an appropriate solution. Please treat this as a formal complaint and forward it to the appropriate department or store management.

Tesla supercharging is nearby. You can have a relaxing coffee at Starbucks and also very clean bathrooms available to the public. Store itself is an enjoyable experience with patient and helpful employees. Definitely recommend for a quick pit stop.

Awful service. I come here twice per week at least. 90% of the time, NO one in returns or 10-20 minute wait to return 1 thing with 1 employee. The manager needs to be fired. At least he turned on the AC after 20 years! Tacky sign on glass entrance for 10 years - "no AC because its good for the community." Huh? Cheap lame excuses. Get solar if you dont want to pay the AC bill! 40 drive up spots no one uses.

I can always depend on my local Target. It's nearby to where I live and placed at a convenient location. It carries a plentiful selection of merchandise. It saves me a trip to ever going to Walmart as I look here first.

Target is one of the best one stop shop for a long time. This is one of the best places to pick up all your needs and wants without having to go far. Targets prices have always been pretty reasonable but not always the best. This target usually gets crowded in the afternoon so come early. They have lots of services provided such as pharmacy, self check out, photo, beauty, electronics, and many more. They also have a market where you can buy groceries but is very limited to what you can buy there. I do wish they keep more merchandise in stock more as it seems to be out of stock most of the time. For a big target it seems they don't have a lot of product available. Service is always nice here and they do try their best to move the line when it gets busy. They will even go as far as price checking online for you so you don't pay premium. A great place to shop or window shop!
