This is about the third time I order online for a drive up and there is always something out of stock. Now I have to find another store for one item. I will no longer be order or buying from this target. They need to do better. All the employees that bring your items out are good , never had a problem with anything.

I called this store 3 times - the phone Rang at least 10 times (after AI directed me to the 'right' department - Customer Service!) and got no answer. So now I am at the store and there are at least 20 spaces designated for customer Pick-up and two cars in spaces. I've parked at the other end of the parking lot. Just wondering where is the customer service?

Staff in tech section ignore assistance buttons. Waited for ten minutes and pressed the very audible alarm for assistance. I saw another guest have to flag a staff member down, when I tried to flag her down too she rushed to the back room.

Your drive-up employees are absolutely fantastic! Honestly, most of them are incredible, but there’s one who really stands out — the tall, younger blonde guy. He helped me today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was so attentive and professional, and it was clear he genuinely enjoys his job. As someone who also works in customer service, I really appreciate when an employee goes above and beyond, and this young man absolutely did. Please recognize him — he’s the kind of employee who makes Target’s drive-up experience smooth, friendly, and worth coming back for. I’ll definitely keep shopping here because of great people like him!

I visited the Starbucks in the store and ordered a Venti nonfat latte with 2 stevia (same drink for 25 yrs) they could review the cameras and see I ordered a Venti,they made me a grande so I told the barista the drink should be a venti, so rather than saying “oh sorry for the mistake (with a very bad attitude) she said that’s what I paid for, they can recharge me for a Venti- Att this point with the baristas BAD attitude I did not want her making me anything. I requested the return it and put it back to my app instead she gives me a target gift card… horrible customer service, very bad attitudes. Good customer service would have been just saying sorry-we will make it a Venti and call it a day. She should not be in the customer service industry. She was terribly rude!
