Good luck finding what you need at this location. They are constantly out of stock of the most basic items. This is the target closest to my home but I consistently get my pick up orders from the Bullard and Blackstone location since they actually carry common grocery items, toiletries, pet care, and cleaning supplies.

0930 11/15/25: Failures at mobile order pickup, customers service/return, AND cashier. Mobile order pickup: one of the items was a pop socket and it was the incorrect one, incorrect SKU, and the receipt SKU didn’t match the incorrect product provided AND the product ordered. Not as big a deal as you’d think until… Customer service/return: They threw a fuss about their own mistake in how it was entered on the receipt and that ‘we’ were bringing them a ¿more? incorrect product. So that was an unnecessary money of employee combativeness. Cashier: next to us was someone coming to get Pokemon cards. They asked how many were left, the cashier said 4, and the customer said I’ll take all of them. The limit on the sign says “Limit 2 packs per person”. The customer was partially in the wrong for using the employee, but the employee in this case gets all the blame. This whole endeavor is a 0 star experience. ZERO!

The store are super unorganized. The clothes section is a mess. There are number of isle with shelves that are rarely being fill. The person who operate the store failed to utilize most of the shelves. The good things is there are a great number of house equipment to install into the house and they have a whole isle loaded with alcohol drink. My advice is to hire 2-3 elderly women who can help keep the clothes organize.

This is surprisingly one of the worst Target stores. First and shields is significantly better. I do Shipt deliveries to all 7 Targets in Fresno/Clovis, and I have also personally worked in 4 of the stores including this one outside of Shipt. Today I had to ask three employees to help me find one freaking item, which was missing a location on my end. You expect me to shop for you guys but fail to update your system with the correct aisle location. And then I had to ask three employees and they still didn't walk me over there all three employees simply pointing their finger. I'll be more hesitant on showing up to this store. I know this is a busy location but there's no excuse for trash service, incorrect or missing aisle locations, and simply aisles not having numbers on them in the first place. The manager should do his job.

I like this target for the most part. I went to the other location and was disappointed with the stock and store cleanliness. This location is pretty well stocked every time I go and pretty easy to find what I need. The reason I’m taking off 2 stars is because I do not feel too comfortable shopping here. I understand that security has a job to do (I worked security myself for Bloomingdale’s) but having a security guard follow me into the bathroom, go right next to the same stall as me, starts talking to me about gas prices while I’m trying to go to the bathroom, that’s not discrete buddy, that’s creepy! Especially since I’m not sure this guy is actual target security. Weirdo was wearing a state trooper costume and hanging out in the parking lot after he followed me out. I won’t be coming back to this location for a while unfortunately, as my PTSD can easily get set off when being cornered. It’s a shame that someone with a debilitating illness has to avoid certain spots because of either prejudice people or the fact that they don’t background check who they employee and possibly put their customers safety at risk. I really hope this location improves its “employee” customer interactions.
