I had a frustrating experience at this Target due to an employee named Cindy. I was attempting to use self-checkout, which was completely empty at the time. I was carrying my baby and had 10 items or fewer, clearly within the posted limit. Despite this, Cindy was rude and insisted that I leave self-checkout and go to a regular register instead. My Sunday morning just got worse from someone that didnt even bother to check my cart. This resulted in me waiting an additional 10 minutes in line, all while holding my baby, even though there was no valid reason to deny me access to self-checkout. There was no explanation given beyond attitude. Policies should be applied with common sense and basic courtesy—especially when a customer is clearly following the rules. The lack of empathy and unnecessary inconvenience made this a very disappointing experience. I expect better customer service from Target.

Very disappointing experience. My son and I approached the guest services counter with no one else in line, yet the employee ignored us completely and continued fiddling with a basket of returns. We waited, thinking they might acknowledge us, but they didn’t—so we had to go find someone from another department just to get help with the guest services employee who was supposed to be assisting customers. When they were finally addressed, instead of offering a simple apology, the employee made an excuse about not having the key. It was frustrating and unnecessary.

Moved to Fresno & I’ve been shopping here for the past 3 years & I’ve never encountered any problems. The cashiers are super friendly and make small talk with you about items you’re purchasing. My kids love it here & I always find the things I need & things I want. I wish they had a bigger garden section with live plants 🪴 but it’s okay I’ll be a Target mom always.

The newest Target in Fresno. Features Starbucks, Pizza Hut, full optical center and pharmacy. Good produce section. Located at Hwy 99 at Herndon with easy access from all directions. Highly recommend!

Ended up leaving without buying anything. I found out at 7:20 the fitting room closes at 7. I had come from work needing to go clothes and necessity shopping for a trip. Without being able to try on half of what I went their to purchase, it was a wasted trip. Shopped elsewhere.
