The employees at Target go above and beyond to do an excellent job! Whether it is drive up, pick up, same day delivery or shipping, it is always done professionally and with excellent attention to detail! They are very pleasant, eager to serve and friendly!!

While I usually like shopping at Target, I was disappointed with my recent experience at this location the other day. I felt as if the shoppers who were brave enough to venture out into the store to shop were almost invisible and not as important as the shoppers who shopped online. Seeing so many prime located parking spaces designated for curbside pickup was the beginning. We had to park quite a distance from the store to shop. Once inside, there was a wait for the women's restroom. I stood in line waiting. Two female employees walked right in front of me to get ahead of me in line while I waited. I guess standing in line made me invisible? Once I left the restroom, I saw too many employees and customers not wearing masks or wearing them well below their noses. I wanted to shop for several items, but seeing the lack of face masks made me too uncomfortable. As I left the store, I saw an area up front designated for storage for curbside pickup. That further reinforced my feeling that in store shoppers may not be as valued as online shoppers at this location. I will try another Target and hope that my experience there is much better.

The store itself was fine with a normal level of busyness, everything was ok with the exception of their employees filling orders for customers not in the store, ie,pick-up or delivery. They block the isles with their carts, reach around you to get the item they’re looking for, don’t ask if you need help or even acknowledge you! Sooo rude! No common courtesy much less offering to help! WOW! Come on, some education/training for these folks!

There’s 6fitting rooms and only 1 unlocked, there was 7 people waiting for the 1 fitting room even when I seeked out an associate and asked if he could call someone unlock the rooms. After we waited for 10 min we got into the 1 room that smelled like gym socks, so gross and it was full of clothes. Target needs to step it up, hire more associates and keep them happy so they can look forward to Going to work.

There were 10 workers all standing around while they left one new employee to ring a giant line of people. The self checkout was closed too so we had to wait in line forever while the employees wandered around aimlessly.
