RATS! Saw a rat running down a shelf! Have heard others have seen rats and rat feces too. It smells like rat urine in the store. This has been going on for months. This cannot be sanitary for guests or employees! They sell food! Where is the health department?? Suggest avoiding this store until they get this serious issue resolved.

I came in to return a comforter that was gifted to me and didn’t have a receipt. I was told there’s a policy preventing returns over $100 more than once every 365 days. Fine, I can understand policies—but what I can’t understand is the complete lack of customer service that followed. When I asked to speak with a manager, I waited around for about 10 minutes, only to have the same sales associate come back and tell me the manager “said there’s nothing she can do.” So the manager couldn’t take two minutes to come speak to me directly? That’s unacceptable. It’s not just about the return—it’s about basic respect and accountability. If a customer asks for a manager, the bare minimum is showing up and having a conversation, not hiding behind an employee. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and based on how this was handled, I won’t be returning to Target anytime soon.

Nice Target! Well stocked with all the essentials. Plenty of employees available. Probably don’t need to sell fleece footy pajamas yet in Tucson, but to each and their own!

I will avoid shopping here in the future. I attempted to return an item I purchased (with receipt), and they only offered store credit. All I wanted was the money refunded to my credit card. No on there was of any help. I generally avoid all Targets at this point.
