Gotta Love how convenient & easy the Target app is for getting your necessities. I was able to order everything I needed from my phone. What made it even better was it’s simplicity. I had no issues finding everything I needed. Once I ordered it… I received my email when it was ready to be picked up. I drove over to Target and parked in one of the marked pickup spots for online orders. Then they brought it right out! It was perfect! No issues! Convenient as heck! Thank you Target for being efficient! I know I’ll be doing this again soon!

A little disorganized, I was looking for some new pants and while I was looking to enter the dressing room, no employees were at the counter to check the amount of items I was going into the dressing room with... Clothing was scattered everywhere, completely disorganized... I chose three pairs of pants with the hanger indicating the size of the pants, my fault was, not trying on each pair to ensure the sizes were correct... By the time I got to the checkout counter something told me to check the inside of each pair of pants and unfortunately the color I was really excited to have was two sizes too short...So, Target? clean it up!

I usually order and pick up in the evenings,this time I placed my order at 9:29pm went to store next day at 8am , order was not ready. I waited until 8:30am and asked the associate if she knew estimated time and she said “no idea”, I said should I cancel the order and she said yes. I went inside the store , the item I had purchased showed “In stock” so I figured it was somewhere in the pick orders.So I asked two associates from the online orders for help and they did not even try to help, I asked for a manager and the one associate wouldn’t even talk to me , she was right in front of me and she directed her attention to the other employee and said there was no manager and if the item was not on shelf they didn’t have it. Why work there if they don’t really want to work? 10/24/25

This is the shoe section at 8:22 am on a Monday morning. Target used to be so clean and organized now it always looks like a tornado blew through the store. Additionally the bathrooms were being cleaned when the store had just opened, this needs to be done before the store opens.

I’ve shopped at Target for many years, and I’ve never had an issue before. However, I purchased a collector box of Pokémon cards from the Irvington store. When I went home and opened it, none of the items were inside. It was just a bunch of old baseball and Yugioh cards that were taped inside with blue duct tape. Reached out to the store manager and customer service and they refused to refund me or give me a replacement. Was told that the cards are through a vendor and it’s beyond their control. They did give me the number for guest relations and when I called them, I was told the same thing. From there, they gave me the manufacturer’s contact info, but when I contacted the manufacturer, they said they could not help me either. In the end, I lost 130 dollars and it was not my fault. It’s a real shame that the store doesn’t know for certain if items contain what they should. I reached out to the BBB regarding this matter and hopefully I get refunded one way or another. As a consumer, this is absolutely unacceptable. Shame on you Target.
