I did not have a target from the state and area I was living in before. But the staff was extremely nice and very helpful. They led me to right what I needed. The check out lady was very kind and helpful and explained the rewards program to me. I love there selection of items, way better then Walmarts selection. Also the isles are wider then Walmart. More healthy or natural selections then Walmart. Target is my new go to store. Much easier and faster in and out also!

I was in the area and stopped in to get a price adjustment on 2 things I had bought the previous week. I went to customer service and was NOT greeted by a person named Bree. I explained why I was there and that I had bought the items with my red card. You would think it would have been easy but Bree decided to make it hard. 3 times in row she demanded I produce a receipt. I am older and not application savvy so I did not realized I could go into the Target app to provide the receipt as Bree did not offer that info. I lovely young woman Target worker who happened to also be at the counter said, um Bree all you have to have is her info from her Target app. So I went into the app and showed what I bought. Bree snatched the phone from me, did not tell me what she was doing or how she was doing it. I asked her if she was refunding the entire amount and then recharging me and all I got back was "here". She was so rude and looked like she would prefer I shop elsewhere. I am such a nice person and give people the benefit of the doubt but she clearly decided she did not care I was there and could not wait for me to leave. It's interesting that on my way out I noticed her laughing and talking to another customer. I encountered 3 other employees while in the store and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. Bree appeared to judge me as I walked up to her and decided she would make my visit as difficult as possible. I do not think you want Bree in customer service being the first person a customer sees upon entering the store. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone that has worked for Target.

After years of being a loyal customer of this store, I have to leave a negative review due to recent shift in culture. Recently a new vendor was hired on to stock the trading cards, and from their very first day, they were calling in their buddies to come, pick through and clear the section on his watch. Worse yet, they dont even try to hide the behavior. The vendor sometimes arrives to the store and makes the phone call as he's working, talking with and inviting in his friends and denying other shoppers the opportunity for fair game without insider knowledge. The target has been informed, yet doesn't intervene to hold its vendor accountable or hold people to their 2 per product policy even when 3 people checked out with a cart-full of pokemon cards each. Their third party subsidiary hired someone who was compromised from the start and nobody involved in the process seems to care that they've turned this store into an insider business. Regular target customers will never have a chance to see tcg on shelves as long as the vendor and his buddies are determined to clear it out first.

very clean and normal. saw a guy restocking pokemon and he was cool about me coming back later when he was done. the pharmacy is informative and helpful, quick service too! at&t people are cool i get they wanna make sales but when I say my dad pays for my plan it means please stop lol 😆 but they're always nice I gave a guy a high five once for me having at&t

BRENDA has the most disgusting attitude. Management needs to do something about her. She was yelling at guest in self check out and belittling instead of helping. When I asked if I could put my items on hold while I run home for my card which is 3 minutes away she told me the store was about to close… it was 7pm and the store closed at 10pm! She continued to push my cart out the way with my purse in the cart and didn’t stop until I raised my voice and said “you can give me back my purse” she replied with “I was going to hold your purse hostage with the stuff”. Thank you to the other lady there that watched my cart for me and waited for me to get back.
