I placed a drive up order, notified them through the app that I was on my way. Once I parked in a designated number spot I put the number into the app and my stuff was brought to my car less than 2 minutes later. I've ordered this way several times, but I always end up waiting longer. I think their system might be getting more efficient. I also realized that I ordered the wrong coffee so I had to go inside to customer service. I was able to use my digital receipt to show proof of purchase and they refunded my money back onto a gift card, since that was how I paid. Great experience overall

It was good I just don't like the layout change moving the bodywash further down away from the shampoo and conditioner they move near where some of food be . I get marketing to try and keep more people in the store to buy more some people don't care and they will make them leave and if enough people do it they will loose business they are have experienced that. Before for other reasons they might know what I'm talking about.

Quick visit to CVS Pharmacy located inside this Target. I did pick up a couple of items from Target also. I did self check out today. The customer service rep at self service was very nice and friendly. The employees at this Target are very nice and helpful. This Target is nice and clean also.

Placed an order online. Target having technical issues. No communication, store employees clueless. Order in limbo with no information but yet payment processing. Do better Target...do better. Craig the manager at store T2341 needs to have his people 'in the know'...Failure on leaderships part and company as a whole, will take this to the next level, taking my business elsewhere and will be very vocal about this unsatisfactory situation to others that shop there.

Alexis was very rude when she came to deliver my curbside order.She started out explaining that they get graded on a score and that if next time I could give them a better warning before checking in. I apologize and said I would do that next time and didn't realize I was just running a little behind. She proceeded to laugh and after I explained I was a business owner and didn't realize their policies. After her laughing I asked her name. She said we don't have to give our names. I then parked went inside to speak to the store manager. Her demeanor was very rude and has no name tag and was not very pleasant and was overall needing to be retrained in her customer service.
