Whoever this employee is needs to get therapy because I felt so unsafe. I went over to where he was (stocking the milk) then I was waiting like any patient person would and he gets off the fridge ledge then slams the fridge door and stomps away with a long loud sigh. Like are you okay is it a sin to grab a milk carton where you are? I was in hijab and because of the political climate this made me feel very very uneasy I almost left the store because of his energy. Target needs to do a deeper check on their employees because this was a very aggressive man.

I would like to recognize Olivia for her excellent work in the fitting room area. She provided us with top-notch service, helping us choose the perfect shirt for my son's graduation. I grabbed some great Christmas themed homewares that were not the usual Christmas kitch. It’s a huge store with a lot of stock so patience is required. The beauty section sells the product range by GOOP as well. Plenty of parking and there is also an in-store Starbucks.

Attempted to call this location several times with the phone simply not being answered on 1/7/26. Finally got through to customer service/pickup. I specifically asked the lady that answered if anyone was in electronics that I can speak with as I have called three time and used multiple options without the ability to speak with anyone. I was told “I don’t know” then the employee proceeded to put me on hold. There was zero questions for support. I do not feel this employee showed any customer service skills. Waiting on hold the phone rang back. I was put on hold again with no communication and then eventually the phone hung up. I called back was able to speak with a manager and let her know that it seems impossible to get through to this location and get service. I was informed three other manager should have had phones on their person as well but did not answer the calls. I personally feel the staff in this location should be trained on their role and customer service as a whole. This is an example of why customers order online causing this location to lose foot traffic and revenue. Spend your money where you matter as a customer!
