I had an amazing experience at Target thanks to an employee named Kimberly (I believe that was her name). I called the store because I was looking for a specific hat, and normally it’s really hard to get someone to answer the phone no matter which department I try. This time, on the very first ring, a very kind and helpful employee answered. I explained which hat I was looking for, and she actually took the time to go check if it was in stock. She came back to the phone and let me know they had one left. When I asked if it could be put on hold, she explained that they normally can’t do that, but she kindly offered to place other hats in front of it so it wouldn’t get taken before I arrived at the store. When I got there, I asked Guest Services for her, and she came over, greeted me kindly, and personally showed me where the hat was. I’ve been shopping at this Target for years, and honestly I’ve never been greeted or treated in such a welcoming way before. She made me feel welcomed as customer and usually everyone is really rude. Wow, Target you are doing a great job with who you’re hiring. I’ve never had such a great customer interaction here before. Kimberly truly went above and beyond

I have to be honest, this Target location has really dropped the ball compared to others. Most Target stores offer great service, clear promotions, and an overall positive shopping experience. That wasn’t the case here. On my most recent visit, I’d rate the experience 1/5. Two separate Target Circle deals didn’t apply at checkout. One was a $14 discount on White Claws that didn’t go through, and the other was a “buy 3 items, get a $10 gift card” promotion that also failed to apply. What was more frustrating than the pricing issues was the lack of resolution. The staff wasn’t rude, but they were not helpful either. When I went to customer service, the response was essentially, “sorry, I guess it doesn’t work,” with no real effort to fix the issue or make it right. Between the failed promotions and the lack of support, this location doesn’t meet the standard I expect from Target. I’ll likely avoid coming back unless absolutely necessary.

I always love target. IT feels so upscale compared to walmart. All if their storage and housewares are so lovely. Got some totes and packing tape for a move. Love the prices. Some things are a little high priced but typically for the quality its worth it.

I could not find this store, the circle sign and red color gone. it felt depressing I do not remember if they had music, but it looks and felt empty , no people shopping and the selection of shoes was a joke the in-store shoes were poor quality . I do not like to go to another store when I shop. but this store is expensive . not returning any time. And the staff were not friendly at all. so sad to see this , Target should just close down.

Self check out is strictly for card users only. There isn't a cash register open for people with cash, despite there being 10 different registers that could. I was told I had to go to guest services to use my cash to pay for my items. The person at the guest services counter was going back and forth about their return item. No telling how long they'll be there. My question is this: why is this store making it more difficult for people with cash to pay and leave? Cash is still a valid form of payment. It still should be treated as such, not as an inconvenience to the store.
