The manager ikaika is picking and choosing who is able to buy the sought after Pokemon TCG sets like ascended heroes prismatic evolutions and 151 on January 30 the ascended heroes release day there was this letter put in the window and people were being told they weren’t getting these new cards then later on when ikaika comes in the sign was taken down and only the people he choose were allowed to purchase this item. He was also seen leaving with an entire case of this item that customers are only normally allowed 2 per person. A couple days later on their restock day I came in to purchase cards and the employees told me they had some but they aren’t allowed to bring them out until ikaika gets there. Why is this type of behavior allowed at a major box store like this ????? It seems he is not allowing anyone else to sell these so that he can take what he wants or distribute them to who he chooses. Is he being paid by these people or reselling these cards ?Completely unfair behavior!!

we were at the lego aisle and waited for assistance to open the locks, the sensor assistant didn't work. we asked a bigger female employee with long curly hair to help, but as she was walking towards us she was looking beyond us almost like to ignore us and once she got closer we said, "excuse me" twice. she walked past us, didn't look at us, and mumbled, "someone will help you". we didn't hear her and asked again for help and she said again, "i'll call for someone to get the keys," in a very rude tone. it is not hard to LOOK at a customer and say, "i'll get someone to help you" in a nice tone. it is basic customer service. i am only giving this 2 stars because the gentleman who came over and unlocked the legos for us was very sweet and made sure we were taken care of. do better on teaching your employees to acknowledge customers nicely who clearly seem to need help. thank you.

Terrible. I left clothes in the dressing room because one, I have fibromyalgia and can barely open jars let alone hang clothes up, two, I don't work here. It's not rude for a person who's chronically ill to not go and hang their clothes back up. Will never return to any targets. If they support bullying people who are sick, then I don't want anything to do with this business.

The shoe section was messy and unorganized. It is what you expect at a discount shoe store, not Target. I addressed my concern with the cashier, who responded that it "always looks like that," and it did not seem to phase her.

If I could give this a negative 1 I would. I have never seen such a disgusting bathroom. I am serious, it was straight out of a horror movie! When I went to notify the service desk they responded with full on attitude “we know”. I mean would it have been so hard to say “thank you for letting us know”. I tried to reach out directly but Target customer service but apparently that option no longer exists. so I suppose public shaming is the next option…
