Ordered a mini brands vinyl playset series 1 for drive up pick up on Saturday 6/6 around 1pm a young man came out and just handed us the bag, didn’t ask for a code. I ended up getting home and noticed the wrong item was in the bag which was just the mini bands vinyl for $9.99 (which I didn’t purchase). Glad I noticed it when my daughter was opening it…. Because the vinyl is 9.99 meanwhile the record player is $19.99..Really disappointed that employees either are switching out products or not looking at what’s being ordered. So be careful when purchasing online and doing a pick up. I drove almost 45 mins to pick this up as it was sold out near my closest target. Now I have to go back in store and waste gas to return someone else’s mistake.

Target at The Pavilions is always a great shopping experience! The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Doreen for providing outstanding customer service. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of her way to help me find what I needed. Her positive attitude truly made my day! It’s employees like Doreen that make this Target location stand out.

I really enjoy this Target especially on the weekends, but my God if you're only going to have one person working a register then you need to let other people with carts use a self checkout. I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to checkout for a regular cart of groceries, while the self checkouts next to me stood entirely empty but restricted to customers with 10 items or less. I understand the importance of self checkouts are held to a maximum of 10 items, but as stated before, it's incredibly ridiculous that only person is designated to work the register during weekend hours.

I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances over the years, but unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. On several occasions, the employees have come across as negative, unhelpful, and disengaged. It genuinely feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than a priority. There have been repeated issues with customer service as well—calls go unanswered, and when you’re actually in the store, it’s difficult to get help with even simple questions. It creates a frustrating and unwelcoming environment every time we visit. At this point, we would strongly prefer not to return, but sometimes we don’t have much of a choice. That said, if given the option between dealing with the atmosphere here or going to another store nearby, we would absolutely choose the other store. It’s hard to understand how, after so many years, this location still struggles to maintain a staff that is professional, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping customers. Shopping here has become something we expect to be a negative experience—and unfortunately, it almost always is. In tonight's experience, we found out after getting home that an item was not put in our bag. We tried to call around 9 PM and of course they've decided not to answer the phone. We've called back multiple times, they let the phone ring over and over again for about two minutes and then I can hear someone tap the line like they're hanging up. Super tacky unprofessional. At this point, you can no longer blame the employees. This is management's fault. They're not managing their crew correctly.

Today I bought cat food totaling $37.15 I saw a sign above the cat food saying if you buy two or more priced at $9.99 I would be able to get a $5 gift card. I tried to redeem this and they said, I had to buy two items totaling $9.99 to be able to receive the gift card, I said but I spent $37.15 on the same item, what kind of game are you playing, Target???? This is confusing and a total kick in the face.
