Rachel at Starbucks - CHASE AVE MKE. Is outstanding. I came in hot from walking outside and even though Starbucks was closed, Rachel filled up my personal water bottle with water and ice! This kind of treatment makes guest feel valued and cared for. This made my experience 100/10! I could comfortably shop without being too hot! Because of Rachel I felt cared for and will always come back after experiencing this kind of treatment. WOW she is amazing. Thanks Rachel!!!! - ps. I even did a survey about this experience and that was a first for me.

Had a great shopping experience at Target. The store was very clean, organized, and easy to shop through. The staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with from the moment I walked in. It’s always nice shopping somewhere that feels welcoming and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the customer service here has been consistently disappointing 😕. The drive-up pickup process feels completely unorganized — almost like it depends on the employee’s mood rather than any real system. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes while other cars were getting their orders and leaving, which was really frustrating 🚗⏳. Honestly, it would have been much quicker to just go inside. On top of that, even though it’s supposedly been remodeled, I could barely notice any difference. The interior still looks dull and a bit run-down 😬. Overall, not a great experience and definitely not somewhere I’d rely on for convenient service 👎.

Disappointing experience. I asked the employee behind the customer service desk if there were any Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions ETBs available and was told there were none left. After walking to Starbucks and ordering a drink, I saw two employees purchasing two ETBs each. One of the employees worked in asset protection, funnily enough. It’s obvious that product was being held for employees while customers were told there was no stock available. Customers deserve honest information and a fair chance to purchase high-demand items.

VERN AND ALE were amazing. Great help, great service. Kind people they run a great store. Come to this target when you need any help, everyone I interacted with was great. This is my main target now.
