The store was clean, stocked with everything I needed, and there was no wait at the self checkout.

Last night, we went to Target to pick up storage bins and two bookshelves through Drive Up. The whole reason we chose Drive Up was because I’m pregnant and the other person with me is elderly — we specifically needed the convenience. When the employee brought the order out, she immediately said, “You’re going to have to get out of the vehicle and assist me with this because it’s heavy.” I explained that I’m pregnant and that she is elderly. Instead of offering a solution or calling for help, she stood firm and repeated that the boxes were heavy. I responded, respectfully, that the entire purpose of Drive Up is for situations just like this. If the items were too heavy for one person, she should have gotten on the walkie and requested backup. That’s what team support is for. It wasn’t about the weight of the bins or bookshelves — it was about the principle. Drive Up is meant to provide convenience and accessibility. Being asked to get out and lift heavy items defeats the purpose. Now I’m honestly unsure whether I’d use Target drive up, again.

Came here to pick up a few things with travel buddy and we had a pretty pleasant experience while we were here, we were able to find everything that we needed. The store was very clean and neat and organized. We will definitely come back again in the future.

First of all no one acknowledges that you are their. Workers ignoring when you have questions. To top it off I' m in the line and the cashier gives me weird looks she finishes with the customer before me who is her race telling him enjoy Valentine's Day. She starts ringing upy items not even to speak. Just ringing them up by the fourth item I say hello how are you doing loud but not ignorant loud, she says it'll be a better day if people didn't leave behind items. Target you all need to do better. Was a lil pressed for time today and they are close. Target count your days.

Nice and clean. Pharmacy Dept. has one of the most helpful people. Stuff is responding to your questions in professional way.
