It's a target, pretty much like every other target you have been too. It has targety type stuff arranged in a targety way with targety staff and a pharmacy to boot, like most other targets. It's cleaner and less rude than Walmart and portrays itself as higher class than them. My assessment, dear reader, is that this particular target store is very targety in a most target like fashion. Very rude customer service today. I opted to use self check out instead of a regular cashier, because it was just faster for me as I was on a lunch break. The front register employee was rude and had an attitude after I told her I was just going to use self check out and someone can use the regular line. Which the customers behind me did. The cashier then proceeded to look at me like I was crazy or trying to steal. I tried to contact the store several times to make a complaint but no one answered their guest services. Will not be returning if this is how they treat and talk to customers.

I had a really uncomfortable experience at Target. I was trying to purchase a purse (it was only $35), and an employee stopped to check it before I bought it. I understand that happens, but the way it was handled felt excessive and unnecessary. She kept unzipping and reopening the same pocket over and over at least four times even though it was clear there was nothing inside. It’s a simple purse with one main pocket, so it didn’t make sense to keep checking like something would suddenly appear. What made it worse was that it felt like the situation was being dragged out in front of other people. It almost seemed like she was trying to put on a show or draw attention, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I ended up leaving because the whole situation just didn’t feel right. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. I understand employees have a job to do, but this could have been handled much more quickly and respectfully.

I frequent this target Quite a bit, I will have to say the last few months I’ve been driving to Greenbriar because I am constantly appalled by the way this store looks. I feel SO BAD for the employees that work under the management here. They clearly are not being led properly nor is there enough staff ever to accommodate the amount of traffic this store sees. The only employees here are tired and frustrated….the line Is always back to Atleast the allergy aisle I’ve included some pictures to show that pretty much every aisle looks like someone came through here and went mad and cleared and destroyed this store. And it’s NOT just because it’s Labor Day weekend. This store looks dirty like this all the time.Atleast for the last few months. I finally feel like I need to say something because it’s jaw dropping compared to how this target used to look all the time. It used to be very nice and neat all the time!

Tonight my daughter and I were followed by a security guard throughout the store. This has never happened to me in a Target! It was very nerve wrecking. Not every person of color is a thief! The thought never crosses my mind! I would not be in any store if I had no money to buy anything.
