I visited the Target store at the San Antonio NE-Agora location on 5/31/26 and was blown away by the service I received from the store manager, Troy. I was having a really difficult time with a complicated return, and Troy completely went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved. His dedication to customer service is truly outstanding. Employees like him are rare, and he is a massive asset to your company.

Ginger lady at the pharmacy counter seems like she couldn’t be bothered with cashing me out for a bottle of eye contact solution. Seemed like she was eager to talk to a lady standing at the side of the counter. Had me waiting in line for 5 minutes just to be told “no, I can’t. I have a customer” as if I wasn’t a customer either….

The Book Cases that I ordered are the BEST for the Price!!! I could not have asked for better!!! These are NOT cheap Book Cases, they are sturdy and the Shelves are completely wrapped or coated so there's no exposed wood...
