just trying to buy body wash and shampoo tell me why they’re all open and dried up and moldy hello…i’m scared. i ended up getting a dove body wash in a different scent but when i opened it it looked like it had already been opened and left to dry out in the sun. ew

Nice store with friendly staff and great products. Very clean too. I am disappointed with the way some of the people in San Antonio treat nice stores like flee markets, though. Come on guys, show some respect in yourselves and your city.. Get a grip.. Do you treat your home like this? Shameful behaviour.

Store is well stocked and very clean. Employees are helpful and professional. I shop at various hours x2 weekly and the experience is always positive. My go-to store for most groceries, pet food and cleaning supplies.

Nobody to check people out only self checkout. With that you are watched like you are stealing. I'd rather not deal with that. Put my stuff back and walked out today. I guess Target has decided to employ less people. Im sure there are still hard workers there. I can shop elsewhere.

This store is unsafe for buying baby items. First, they sold me EXPIRED baby formula. I had issues with breastfeeding while hospitalized so I preordered Enfamil baby formula and my husband picked it up before going home with our newborn. A couple of days after using it, I noticed the expiration date on the box was already past due. My husband went to the store to get an exchange and was told by the cashier that he should have checked the date himself. Mind you, this was preordered and prepared by a Target employee, shouldn’t THEY have checked before preparing the order? Also unacceptable that they have expired food items on their shelves, especially baby formula. Eventually he got an exchange and was told to go find another baby formula himself and bring it to the cashier for exchange. Horrible customer service but we thought it was a one time issue. Lastly, they sold us a USED and DEFECTIVE Halo bassinet and marked it as “brand new.” As soon as my husband brought it home, we opened it. As we went through the contents, we noticed some of the bags and items were opened and retapped. We were going to keep it if things looked in good condition to avoid the hassle of an exchange but as we went through the rest of the box, there were missing pieces. Less than an hour after the purchase, my husband went to the store to get an exchange and they did not have anymore of those. He asked for a refund and was told that because it was listed as “brand new” and because of its price, they would have to open an investigation and our refund will depend on that. After talking to the manager for a while, we were finally able to get a refund. They are doing a poor job with quality and safety control for what they sell. They also are doing a horrible job with customer service and expediting refunds/exchanges for the issues that they create themselves. It’s beyond inconvenient and actually unsafe to buy any baby items here.
