First, I often come to target for shopping for my cleaning products. They always have gift cards available if you spend so much money. Which is why I come here. I spent $54 on household products to receive a $15 gift card to find out after I paid I did not receive the gift card. The young girl behind the desk had no idea what household items were. She looked at my receipt and said because it’s under home I was not eligible. I went to the back to the service desk after I saw online that all my products were eligible for the gift card. the one spoke to a another lady (I assume the manager Regina was her name) who then showed me that it rung up as clearance therefore I did not get the gift card. She really wasn’t willing to help out about the miss pricing of products even when I showed her the online price was regular price. there also wasn’t a clearance sign at the end-cap but a sign that said Mrs Myers was on the special spend $50 get $15 gift card. All those products had no yellow clearance sticker but a sign that say spend $50 get $15 gift card. Here is a picture of the advertisement. You’ll notice nothing there says clearance. I do not care to shop at this location again. I then miss placed my keys in the store and asked multiple employees around the store. ONLY one employee said she would mention to her coworkers about the key fob. Employees at this location have NO customer service and act like they don’t care about the customers.

Do NOT come here for a Drive Up Return. I was waiting outside for 30 minutes! I called twice and no answer. Finally went inside to Guest Services and told the employee what happened and they didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for my experience. They just did my return quickly and moved onto the next person. Not even a “sorry that happened”. Don’t offer a service you can’t even do and then not even be apologetic when you fail to meet an expectation. Never coming back here again!

The sales associate was very helpful in helping me look for a lip color and eyeliner, she took the time to answer my questions and gave me several options to choose from. She was very knowledgeable and patient.

i normally dont shop at target too often . so glad that when i did , the cashier Caleb , was very friendly and helpful when i was asking about the app ! he showed excellent service he made me feel welcome and appreciated . he didnt just rush me out bc he was busy ! thank you target he definitely made my target experience a good one ! will soon be coming back

I placed a drive up order at this location for a limited stock decorative glass bowl, Tupperware sets and a small electronic. The order was fulfilled and waiting for me to pick up, meaning ALL items were available. When I drove 35mins to this location to pick up my order (specifically for that glass bowl which was the very last one in any local store & out of stock for shipping) I was told that my order was “accidentally” given out to someone else earlier and they pulled the still available items off the floor for my order. All Tupperware were available but electronic and bowl were out of stock. I find it implausible that an order containing 3 separate sets of multiple Tupperware stacks (2 bags worth) and the bowl were accidentally given out without noticing it was the wrong order. BS. The bowl was cherry picked from my order BECAUSE it was the last one. Just the way he/she even told me it was given away was suspect and offensive to think I would believe that story. Do better Target.
