This target needs some new leads/managers. It needs a whole makeover.... The staff is not very social or friendly. I have struggled to find a specific formula that is always in demand. It's like liquid powder, for real. It's goat milk so definitely expensive. I usually have to look around to local targets, Walmarts and sometimes hebs for this formula. This location (which is a drive for me) had two cans left! I hurried up and made a pick up order online. As I got home, I noticed a target labeled tape around the top of can. I figured it was to let me know the can is sealed and safe. However, it was the complete opposite... As I was unwrapping the tape I noticed hair/fuzz on it (gross) then the actual little seal that the can has literally fell off without me touching it. I just knew something wasn't right. Y'all!! This can had been completely opened and used. The scope was also missing!!!!! As I called this location to explain what is happening, the young lady manager seemed unconcerned that an employee took the used can back and placed back on shelf. Her attitude over the phone was very "I don't care" attitude. She explained to me that when there is "target tape" on products that it indicates the product has been opened and/or used.. I was like eeww for one and second upset that someone thought it was okay to put USED FORMULA back on the shelf. The whole vibe of this target was absolutely horrible and just uncleaned. I was able to get my money back at SE Military Target where the staff was very unpleased and apologetic about the situation, even though nothing was their fault.

I had such a great experience at the Target on Southwest Military. As soon as I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The store had a really friendly atmosphere, and no one made me feel rushed even though the store was about to close, which gave me time to actually look around and enjoy shopping. The service overall was excellent, and everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. I especially want to mention Matthew-matt in Customer Service. He has such a positive attitude, is very friendly, and communicates really well. He took his time to help me and made sure I didn’t feel rushed at all. That kind of service really stands out. I will definitely be returning to this Target!

Good friendly employees we are always greeted by the nice lady who works loss prevention. I gave 4 stars because they never have fresh produce . It's always old moldy produce . But other than that I have no other complaints

I love target! Nothing better than grabbing a drink and popcorn and wandering the aisles aimlessly spending hundreds of dollars. However i do wish that they would restock their makeup. They never have anything available.

I’m so disappointed in this location. I went in today and was so excited because I finally found my dream couch at a reasonable price. I have been looking for a couch for MONTHS and this one finally checked all the boxes. I get to check out and turns out the listed price was WRONG. It was $100 more than what I expected to pay. I feel like I should not have to double check that a couch box, being as big and heavy as it is, is priced correctly before checking out. Anyways, the cashier and the guy helping me were fantastic they did the best they could without there being a lead present. Also, why was there no lead present? It’s super unprofessional to expect your subordinates to do your job for you or to have them running around trying to find you. I hate how entitled I’m sounding but it’s just so disappointing to get your hopes up about something and then have it be shattered.
