The most disorganized, terribly stocked store. I also dare upper management to physically be in this store at 9pm any Friday/saturday to witness chaos. Employees are not allowed to call police and are asking for customers to call and report the teenagers terrorizing the store and your customers.

There is consistent harassment from the AT&T third party representatives that are at the electronics section at various Targets throughout San Antonio Texas. These representatives follow customers around and despite customers repeatedly saying “no thank you” “no I’m good” or something along those lines, they do not stop and keep pressuring customers to answer. We have had to avoid the electronics and toy area at Targets for months now which is disappointing as Target is where we always buy Legos and books as we are avid collectors. To have to now find a different store is disappointing. We are Target circle 360 members as well and Target has always been our store of choice for all of our needs, especially toys and electronics. Today was the last straw. A representative followed a customer and asked him the question, customer said ‘no I’m good’. The representative kept following and asked him four more times all while the customer continued to say “no thank you” until he finally got fed up and had to raise his voice. It would be even more disappointing if a fight had erupted because of this. Families come to Target to feel safe, browse around, and shop. We can no longer do this at pretty much any Target store. Please fix this.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I placed a custom cake order and took every precaution to ensure accuracy; I verbally explained my specifications, provided written instructions, and followed up with a text message to Yolonda. Despite these efforts, the cake was not made to the agreed-upon specifications. When I brought this to the attention of Yolanda, she responded in an unprofessional manner, physically snatching the cake out of my hands without my consent. I then requested to speak with a manager. Darren, the manager on duty, agreed to have the cake remade; however, the result was clearly substandard….it was evident that the original icing had simply been scraped off and reapplied, leaving a visibly messy and unprofessional finish. When I raised this concern with Darren, my feedback was dismissed without any attempt to resolve the issue to a satisfactory standard. Neither Yolanda nor Darren demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction or basic quality standards. I would strongly caution anyone ordering custom cakes at this location. Given the lack of accountability, professionalism, lack of skills and poor customer service displayed by both staff and management, I will not be returning and would encourage the company to review the conduct and training of the team at this branch.

Went in to purchase a replacement for a blow dryer. No one was available in hair care dept. I went looking for someone and found a girl who was very busy getting online items ready for a customer. I asked her to help me get someone at the hair care dept. She made the call and had to wait another 10 min until I noticed a young man getting online orders ready. He offered to help since I told him I had been waiting. I showed him the blow dryer I was looking for and asked him if maybe they had the item in the back since there weren’t any in the floor. He checked his little machine and it showed they did have some. He said he would get someone to bring it to me. I waited maybe 5 more minutes and then I see him coming towards me again with item in hand which I thought was so thoughtful. He didn’t forget about me. Thank you Alex!

This store has it's good days and bad days, sometimes is well stocked and organized and sometimes is not. Regardless, I haven't had a bad experience other than once at the Starbucks which was immediately rectified. Things are usually easy to find.
