It had been a long time since I used the drive-up service because of the poor service I had experienced in the past. However, I am currently unable to walk due to sciatic nerve issues, so I decided to give it another try. I have to admit, the improvement has been incredible. I went today, Saturday, around 3:30 p.m., expecting to wait a very long time, as I had on previous occasions. To my surprise, when I arrived, there were several available pickup spots, and my order was delivered in less than 10 minutes. I'll have to try it again and see if it wasn't just good luck 😊.

There was a mix up with my drive up order. Matthew helped me, explained the situation and found a quick solution. It was great despite how busy he was. Definitely one of the best employees I’ve interacted with at this location!

I really like this Targets setup and large clothing selection for women, especially the clearance section. Nothing was out of stock in any section and they had great Target Circle deals. Plus it was really clean, and staffed with plenty of nice employees.

I went to the customer service desk for help, and the young lady assisting me was very rude and impatient. Instead of helping, she kept telling me to ask customer service reps at another location or look things up myself on the Target app — as if I wasn’t already standing at the customer service desk asking for assistance. She also told me to leave the desk and go take a picture for a price match on an item located on the opposite side of the store, even though we had already been waiting for her to come from the back. It felt like she could have simply paged another employee to help check the price instead. I normally have a great experience at this location, which is why this interaction was so disappointing. After today’s experience, I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be returning.

Old curly haired lady at the check-out was treating me like I was going to steal and then made a negative comment to me about what I was purchasing. I felt incredibly violated. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to Watauga to not get harassed.
