The store was well organized and very clean. I was surprised to see that some of the grocery prices were actually competitive with HEB!

Hello everyone. I usually don’t like writing reviews or speaking badly about anyone, but after what happened today, I feel obligated to share my experience because it really made me feel upset. I came to this store to shop. As soon as I entered, there was a Starbucks area, and I purchased a thermos for $29. I paid for it and placed it in my shopping cart, then continued shopping. Later, I went to the Love’s clothing section. I left my shopping cart right in front of that section and stepped away just 1–2 steps to look at clothes. After a few minutes, I turned back and realized that my shopping cart was gone. I immediately informed the store employees, but unfortunately, I received no real help. They simply told me to go to the front of the store. I followed their instructions and explained the situation again. At that point, it felt very clear that they noticed I do not speak English well and assumed I could not properly defend my rights, and they took advantage of that. I politely explained several times that it had only been 5 minutes since I purchased the item. Later, they sent a woman who was supposed to help me, but she coldly and briefly said: “If this is not an urgent or important matter, we cannot check the cameras. This is only a $29 or $100 issue.” That response really hurt me. I came to this store to shop, and this kind of treatment felt completely unfair. She said that and simply turned around and walked away. I am writing this review because I still feel very disappointed. I am a tourist, but I have never experienced this kind of unfair treatment anywhere in the world — not even in the poorest countries. In my opinion, some of the employees in this store are unreliable and discriminatory, and I felt it was important to share this experience.

This Target is a hidden jewel. I have never received such amazing customer service at a Target. Right from the start at customer pickup the lady was very helpful and understanding ( I had tried to get this table elsewhere but damaged and still brought to my car) She found a new one in a box and put it on a flat cart and called for help in getting it to my car. That gentleman was very helpful too. I decided to shop more and was struck at how well stocked and clean the store was and so many helpful people on the floor. I live north so this store is a little further away but I intend to make this my store and drive past others on the way. Great job Target Arboretum Area.

I had a solid shopping experience at Target. The store was clean and well-organized, both inside and out. It was renovated in 2023, and the updates give it a nice, modern look. The workers were attentive and asked how I was doing, which I appreciated. They helped me out when I needed it, including getting a price match on AirPods Pro 2—ended up paying under $200, which was a good deal. The shelves were stocked, everything was in its place, and it was easy to get around. Overall, it’s a reliable spot to shop, and I’d come back. Worth checking out.

First time ordering from this location via drive up pick up/curbside. I ordered 3 items: 2 seasonings and 1 6pck of fresh chicken breasts. They were out of the chicken breasts, which is fine. Disappointed because I needed it for a last minute potluck on Thursday for work and I donated plasma for it so I don’t have any extra funds. So I asked the employee that brought the two seasonings out to me if he knew how long refunds would take. He said pretty fast, “I don’t know. I can’t help you with that.” Then before I even had the chance to ask if there was anyone that could, he hurried and left. Which I found rude. Then before he even brought the order over to me, he gave another customer that had parked 5-10 minutes after me. So I’m sitting here waiting longer, the main part of my order is cancelled due to not having it in stock, and not actually being helped at the end. I would highly recommend no one doing curbside/drive up pick up here unless you’re fine with risking and experiencing all of this as well. I’ll be sticking to my usual location in Stone Hill from here on out. I hope that employee gets trained better on how to interact with customers.
