This is a mediocre Target store, and it’s a bit rundown. I’m a little surprised that it even stays in business because just a couple miles up the road near the Costco is a very nice Target. I guess if you live close to this one, it’s convenient to pick up the basics, But if not, I prefer the other one.

The people working were kind but seem to be overworked and the store seems understaffed. Almost every aisle I walked down seemed to be missing products and be disorganized but the cosmetics section was actually gross. I didn’t feel like I could trust in the safety of the products given how things were thrown about and how dirty this section was. Also, there was no music playing?? A very strange and disappointing shopping experience. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

Megan at the front at checkout is the GOAT. she helped my partner with the frog shirt she rlly wanted and we were both satisfied. She even thanked us for being patient but it was her who was so kind and patient. Target needa give her a raise ASAP!

I had a great experience with Customer Service during the holiday season. The employees were courteous and efficient. There were many customers in line, so they easily could have been testy. I appreciated the good service.

Do not shop at this location. I picked up a drive up order 12/31 at 2:10pm and a lady brought my order out. Not even 3 minutes later a guy walked up to my window who works there and says, “Who are you?”…it was very rude and off putting. In fact, that I called the store to report his behavior only to be met with someone who stated that he was a supervisor. This gentlemen then proceeds to cut me off and hangs up on me. Thank goodness I only came to this location bc my normal location was out of the items. They should be ashamed of themselves. Poor customer service and lack of human decency.
