Imagine no registers open and self checkout doesn't take use! No legal tender purchases available. Stop scamming your customers by advertising one price and charging another. Every single time you check out it's like you are bartering at a flee market in Baghdad! Is it so complicated to change the price that is displayed. They raise their prices so quickly on all their food items that they can't even keep up with changing the listed prices. Every item you have to take a picture of it with your phone so you don't get up charged. The whole experience there is generally terrible. I wish there was another store that was closer to my house so I wouldn't have to go here to be honest. I don't know if there's any way that they can start to make the process better. Maybe it's time just a short stick to make back some of the price gouging and bait switching tactics. I don't blame the employees because working retail is hard. I think the system itself is mainly to blame. I just feel like they're ruining a perfectly good company for no reason.

Food that is outdated moldy. Someone will get food poisoning. See this today. Same item. One moldy and rotten meat. Meat section guy should be replaced. This happens a lot. Don’t buy meat.

Went in 3/23 to grab some chicken for dinner. Only to find that the ENTIRE section of chicken I was looking at expired on 3/14.. yup.. 9 DAYS AGO! Will never be back. Glad I checked the date!

had a very disappointing experience at the Starbucks inside Target at Southpark Meadows this morning. My drink was made incorrectly, which was frustrating to begin with, but the situation got worse when I asked for my receipt. The barista who took my order and charged me never gave it to me, and when I asked for it, she claimed that I had placed my order at the separate Starbucks location in Southpark Meadows which was absolutely not the case. There was also a second person behind the counter who didn’t appear to be in uniform or wearing anything identifying him as an employee. Neither of them made any effort to try to locate my receipt or help resolve the issue. What made it even more disappointing was that I wasn’t the only customer visibly frustrated with the service at that time. It’s unfortunate because the convenience of having a Starbucks inside Target is great when you’re running errands, but after this experience, I’d honestly rather drive to another location where customer service is taken more seriously.

I arrived at 11:40 pm, three days before Christmas, to pick up an online order and return some items. The store was operating during holiday hours, so it was open until midnight. No one was at guest services, and the lights were out despite nine employees visible at the front of the store waiting to go home when I asked the guest services employee to make a quick return using my Target Circle app, where all receipts are accessible through a single barcode that streamlines the process. They then said that all the registers in guest services had been shut down for the night, so there was no way for them to process a return and that it was Target’s policy to close guest services at 10 pm. As a former Target employee, I knew that none of this was true, and you can see in the photos that 4 of 5 registers were fully functioning and, at most had the tills removed. Non-cash transactions can still be processed without a till, and they knew my return was using my Red Card. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that every employee at Target is now considered a manager. The guest services, employee, and his friend/coworker, finally admitted that they closed GS early due to being short-staffed, not because it was Target policy as they first stated. On my way out of the store, I noticed they had put signs at the drive-up parking spot saying that guest services were closed for the night. I was talked down to, disrespected, and inconvenienced severely, and I had to make an extra trip the following day to the South Lamar store. This was all due to the employees’ only concern being clocking out and leaving and no concern for customers.
