The most satisfying one stop shopping experience in Austin! This Target location in Austin is simply outstanding. The store is always immaculately clean, beautifully organized and incredibly well stocked across every department from groceries and electronics to clothing and home essentials. The layout makes shopping an absolute breeze and you can always find exactly what you are looking for without any hassle. The staff is consistently friendly, approachable and genuinely happy to help whenever you need it. The prices are excellent and the quality of Target's own brand products continues to impress every single time. Whether you are doing a big weekly shop or just popping in for a few things this Target always delivers a smooth, enjoyable and thoroughly satisfying experience!

Great blend of all the items that I need whether it's cooking, cleaning, fashion, or groceries. The kids always have something they can find to distract them inside Target as well. Convenient location and parking make it a no-brainer. The staff is also very helpful and hard-working. I especially like the HomeGoods section and the women's clothing section. One stop shop for all the household items I need.

I’m usually not one to put a complaint like this especially because I’m shy, and usually have pretty good experiences in Target. But, my family was treated very poorly by the girl at self checkout around 4:00pm, and she spoke to us like we were idiots for not knowing that the line was supposed to be singular. We hadn’t realized that we stepped in front of anyone, and were talked to as if we were purposely trying to cut in front of those behind us. We would’ve and did gladly move to where we were supposed to be, but didn’t appreciate how she spoke to us, because we have no malicious intent. She made a couple of comments like this. We also went to the starbucks, where the woman at the counter called my father “high maintenance” and rolled her eyes at him for ordering two drinks, along with a few other comments like “be patient”. I used to work at Target, and self checkout at that. I have experience with rude customers, and I can assure you- I’m never one of them, and neither is my family. And while yes, I understand it becomes redundant to repeat yourself to customers over and over, they are not deserving of being spoken down to, especially when we are kind people who mean no harm. And even more so, because I know the culture for target employees is to treat “guests” kindly. I know customer service is stressful, but it honestly just hurt our feelings at the end of the day lol. I waited in line at the return counter for 25 minutes. People passed by and saw me but no one came to work the register. Finally someone came to the register. They were unable to process my return that was at 30 days past the delivery date. The store manager Veronica then directed me to a Target phone number. I asked her to call it with me because I didn’t want to waste any time calling a number unless they’d be able to help me. The woman on the other line kept asking Veronica why she had me call her, because she couldn’t help me. She said, “where is it telling you to call this number, because that isn’t right.” It turned out, that Veronica just told me to call the number so that she wouldn’t have to be bothered anymore. An hour of my time wasted. No resolution.

shout out to the kind older gentleman at checkout! (i think his name is sherman!) always super quick with bagging and he always bags my bags light enough so i can easily carry them up to my apartment! great customer care :3 go sherman!
