Leaving a 1 star because there’s no 0 star possible… very upset. The fact that we as customers trust your products to use them on our precious babies and then you turn around after a month and a half tell me that the product I’ve been using is now being recalled for highly dangerous contamination…then when I go right away to return the 1 package of wipes I have left and you mock me for doing so…it’s unacceptable. If anything I’m wanting my money back for my dissatisfaction!! I know it might not mean anything to the big boss that they’re losing one faithful customer but if you treat your least valuable customers like that, it will add up.

Lorene was at our self check out and was the nicest and most exceptional target employee i’ve come across! She greeted everyone who came through the line and took time to make us feel welcomed and she was very friendly.

Target continues to be one of my favorite places to shop, and it definitely earns a strong four-star review. The store offers a wide variety of products—everything from groceries and home goods to clothing, electronics, and seasonal items—all in one convenient location. It’s hard to beat the ease of being able to handle so many errands under one roof. The layout of the store is generally clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. Their home décor and clothing sections are always stylish and affordable, and the grocery selection, while not as extensive as a full supermarket, is perfect for quick trips. The seasonal aisles are another highlight—always well-curated and fun to browse. The staff is typically friendly and helpful, and checkout lines move fairly quickly, especially with self-checkout options available. Online order pickup is also very efficient, which adds another layer of convenience. The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five comes down to occasional stock issues and pricing. Certain popular items tend to sell out quickly, and while prices are fair, they can sometimes be a bit higher compared to other retailers. Overall, Target is a reliable, enjoyable place to shop that consistently delivers on selection, convenience, and style. A strong four-star experience.

I recently had an experience with a Target order that left me really disappointed. I placed an order for a Halloween balloon, and when the first store (Grand Prairie) couldn’t fulfill it, I switched it to another store near my workplace Arlington South. Unfortunately, when I got there, the order wasn’t ready, and I asked an employee if I could just pick the item myself to speed things up. The answer was a flat no, with no real effort to help me out. I understand policies and protocols, but the lack of any attempt to find a solution felt like poor customer service. A little flexibility or empathy would have made a big difference, especially since I was trying to resolve it quickly. I hope in the future there’s a bit more willingness to help customers in these small but meaningful ways.

My first time at a target and it was a good experience, it did not disappoint. They had lots and lots of stock to choose from and I ended up getting quite a few bargains for my kids back to school bits and bobs. It was a big store and I didn't have time to walk through it all but overall a good experience. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is because alot of areas/items seemed cluttered and wasn't merchandised very well so it was visible and appealing to the eye. Would definitely recommend target.
