I had initially gone to a competitor (Walmart) and as usual check out was a DISASTER. So since it was only 4 blocks away, I went to Target. Target had a wide selection of women's handbags in multiple sizes, colors, designs, and prices. Check out was very efficient, the cashier was cheerful and friendly. And it wasn't a nut house!

Went and picked up a drive up order. Went to grab my snack to find the dumbest, unsanitary and disgusting thing. They accidentally opened my bag of candy. Instead of going and getting a new bag they taped it up with label tape and wrote a note on it..? I’m 8 months pregnant. Do you honestly think I’m going to eat anything that has been opened by someone else?! This is disgusting and probably against health code.

That last couple of times I went to this target Ive had this one employee give me nothing but attitude when checking out! Today I went and absolutely no register was open only self check out. But you can't use cash at self check out. So I went to customer service to get help but waited about 5 minutes no one showed so the first employee I see I ask for help and she directed me to the guy who supposedly working the registers. He was ringing someone stuff up at self check out when questioned isn't he supposed to be at a register his response was I'm the only one working the registers. I get that but there no reason an actual register that isn't open for cash customer and to be ringing someone stuff up for them at self check out. Other people are on a time crunch and want to be in and out of the store not looking for employees for help!

Why are we forced to pay for a Bag when picking up an online order? There is a written refund policy if you decline to accept a bag. However, you're not given a refund. So, I decided to return my entire order. I NEVER left the customer service area!!! My refund was only for the item I purchased. Not the .10 bag i NEVER took. Again, I never left the store!!! Target is ripping customers off!! I have no need to shop there and will pass on my dislike and disappoint to all of my family and friends!!!

Deals constantly are advertised and not applied at check out here. I have been told you have to scan your app, you have to load the coupon. But no matter what I do, it's always something, when the paper advertisement is allowed to be on the shelves, clearly stating none of this information. Disingenuous and misleading. The staff are kind and correct it, but for every person who is annoying and asks, there's likely dozens that don't. Booo.
