This store has a standard layout. They have a specialty toy section (not located in the toy section). Their book section is quite large. At the time I went in, it looked like they may be redoing the electronic section. The seasonal area was a little in disarray. The rest of the store was clean, and the aisles were clear. They have a pharmacy and a Starbucks. They did have cashiers open as well as self checkout. The parking lot is large and has dedicated handicapped spots.

The cookie came up front to pour the broth with no gloves, no hair net. They allowed a female to put her hands and entire head over the clear window to point out what she wanted. Ugggg. Disgusting

The employee assisting at self-checkout was extremely rude and unprofessional!! I believe her name was Mya though I’m not completely sure. She was especially disrespectful toward a man who seemed confused and genuinely needed help. While assisting him she spoke in a very rude tone and kept making irritated facial expressions whenever she walked away. She seemed unfriendly and impatient with multiple customers. She definitely shouldnt be working if she cant be nice enough to help people ;(

The shelf price listed a sale price and did not indicate a specific scent of a body wash, Only the brand and size. Customer service did not disagree but would not honor the shelf price. Will never return to this Location from this experience.

Haven't been here in a while and wax disappointed when I was there. Yhe store reminded me of the Schottenstein Store of the 70s. The womens section was a mess. With clothes all over the floors, unfolde on shelf. Shoe section was even worse good luck finding the right box if you found a shoe. I give it a 3 because the rest of the store was relatively clean and organized.
