This is my favorite Target in Columbus. It’s never too crowded and they have great customer service. Their self checkout and drive up service is quick and attentive. Any issues I’ve ever had have always been quickly addressed and everyone is pretty friendly. Starbucks here is also pretty good.

This location is no where near where it used to be, it’s gone downhill so bad. The store isn’t even clean and stocked like it used to be, the trash cans outside are always overflowing. I don’t think I’ve encountered a nice employee ever, and that includes the Starbucks as well. If you order online to pick up an order in store, be prepared to wait forever. They have one employee at the front desk doing returns/exchanges and in store pick ups. The employee doesn’t just have to go in the back to grab orders, they have to run all the way to the other side of the store. I’m not sure who thought that set up was a good idea but it wasn’t a smart one.

The review is for the Starbucks inside the target. I usually get my drinks at a stand alone Starbucks but I was already in target so I figured why not. I order a strawberry acia refresher and got the berries in it. The drink wasn't even filled all the way which was annoying because they aren't cheap but the girl was alone and had a line so I didn't want to complain she also gave my daughter her ice water without ice but we just left. I was drinking my drink and it tasted a little off but I thought it was because she didn't really shake the drink so I started shaking it around and drank some more. It still tasted off. I thought maybe it was just me a shook it again and something brown caught my eye. Inside the cup I was drinking from was a brown moldy strawberry with a trail of like white foam surrounding it. I almost threw up I pulled what I could out of the drink to examine it closer. It's hard to see in the picture I took but it's definitely brown squishy and smelled bad. Unfortunately this post won't allow me to upload the picture and I didn't go back in because I was already almost home since I got my drink on the way out. Needless to say I was disappointed, disgusted and didn't finish my drink (although I drank a good portion of it before finding it unfortunately).

Always understaffed. Only have one person at customer services for returns, exchanges, and help. Yet the same person has to go back to the other side of the store and get in store pickup orders. They should have one of the drive up employees bring it to the front. Such an asinine system and very frustrating to stare at an empty desk for 5 minutes. Ask any other employee that comes by, and they'll simply tell you that person's out picking up an order. Lame.

This great Target has a clean and large room. Everything is organized and easy to get. Seasonal specials are available. Service is professional and WiFi is fast. There is a great Starbucks inside.
