I was told I could bring in AirPods for a store credit being three days past the return window on the phone. Greg at the store told me no when I came in. Not being on the same page as your team lead me to review this, I’ve never made a return at a target in my life and Greg sure is not for the customer. Had he of been accommodating in anyway I would not have left let down and feeling the need to mention what happened.

HOLY COW! I signed up for Target's "Circle" rewards and saved $21 on my first shopping trip. And then last night, another $20! Thank you, TARGET 🎯 I only wish we had one close to our homestead. We have to drive 60+ miles.

The staff are great. Kind and approachable. I'm not sure what the reasoning was behind this decision, but they have a single bathroom for the entire store. It has a keypad on it and no one seems to know the code. When I found someone who did know the code, there were 5 people in line and I waited for 30 minutes. Furthermore, the state of the bathroom was a disaster. They have all sorts of signs throughout the store that express things like inclusivity and community but this is juxtaposed with a lack of accessibility to the patrons for something as basic as using a restroom. I have never encountered a Target like this, and was surprised by the seemingly callous planning. I'm really disappointed by this decision.

This may be a smaller store, but I like this little store. It makes things easier to find. Though I will have to say that having everything locked up in cases is not cool. Makes shopping harder. There are associates all over, but none really want to help people get in the locked cases. That is a down fall. That does not warrant a lower score rating in my book. The store in clean and you can find things. I found everything that I was looking for and and then some.

Every time I do target pickup, I get items with damaged packaging. Usually the item itself is ok, but really? It’s as if they’re stomping on the items before bringing my order out.
