Be so fr, rude customers just lazy as hell parking in drive up spots and leaving their carts in front of their cars and leaving ?? It takes 3 steps.. There’s 8 carts in the road I counted.. Get it together

The baby formula was secured behind a lock; I sought assistance from a staff member who appeared to be of Asian descent and was wearing a red vest. Due to an impending storm, I selected ten cases. Subsequently, the employee asked if I had completed my shopping; I informed him that I needed to retrieve a USB flash drive and additional items. Noticing a very long queue, I inquired about the reason for his question, assuming he was preparing to check me out. Instead, he openly stated that he wanted to ensure I did not leave the store without paying to prevent theft. I was shocked and responded, "That's unacceptable," then walked away. I have no intention of purchasing any further items from Target, and I will advise friends and family to do the same.

Absolutely trash. This store was under staffed - shelves were empty and what was available was out of order and all over the place. Was spoken to incredibly rudely by the self checkout …. Human. I asked their name and they yelled “senior leader” as if that means anything to anyone. I stood in the line for 15mins and the was told I had to many items and “bye” - gross treatment of customers is why this store is going down the toilet. Will never come again if I can avoid it. Get people who want to work and will do so pleasantly and professionally

So I dont know what is wrong with target. I bought a microwave from their online delivery service. When It was delivered it was 2 hours late and had a dent so large the microwave was inoperable. Now this busted piece if garbage had to go through 3 seperate people hands before it got it got to me. Youre telling me no one said, "wait a minute this microwave is garbage look at that dent IN THE BOX!" But no. They had absolutely no cares to give. Then they didnt want to refund my money. They wanted ME to bring it back to them! I ordered delivery for a reason and it wasnt to go to your trashy store. Absolutely stupid and I dont think I will ever use thos service again. I recommend no one else does either. Target obviously doesnt care about it customers.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Target in Canton. I went to customer service to pick up items I had ordered online while holding a few other items in my hand. I was immediately treated as if I was trying to steal, even though I had my receipt in hand clearly showing the items had already been paid for. What made this even more frustrating is that I had not even left the store. Instead of simply asking a respectful clarifying question, the assumption was immediately that I was doing something wrong. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. Customers should not be made to feel criminalized over a simple misunderstanding, especially when proof of purchase is readily available. I expect better communication and professionalism from staff.
