I made an order recently for the first time of eight items. What I didn’t realize was that these items were available in the store on a shelf; I thought they were in a warehouse or storeroom. I would’ve saved the staff the time and effort had I known the items were available as self-serve, but it’s good to know that Target is so efficient with order fulfillment. And the staff are some of the friendliest I’ve dealt with anywhere in a long time.

I live far away and sent my sons to get something for me. They could not find what I needed. I spoke with a gentleman named Elton. This man walked through the entire store looking for my sons to show them the item I needed. He stayed on the phone with me over 20 minutes helping me then found and helped my sons get exactly what I needed. I called to speak to his manager to praise him and spoke with posha. Who also was so sweet and informative. I am tempted to drive 3 hours whenever I need to go to Walmart just because of the employees!!! Amazing

Shania in order pick up was very rude and dismissive. I have been outside waiting on my pickup for 30 minutes and no one ever came out or acknowledged me. I came inside and i expressed how long I’ve been waiting and Shania said “I’m not going get her order” to the “manager”. Absolutely absurd an employer treated a customer like that infront of the manager.

My "go-to" because I can't stand Walmart due to its size and sometimes Amazon doesn't fit my schedule/needs. While they could use more cashiers, many stores are going to the self-checkout method. I just need help sometimes because of shoulder pain now. That's my only complaint. Parking is good, the store is well stocked and always clean. Do they have everything? No...but what they do have is good mid-level quality and pricing is reasonable. They also have a Starbucks inside and they carry fresh daily Krispy Kreme. Yum. I enjoy drinking my coffee while shopping.

The worst customer service ever. I used the app to pickup one item . The item was in the back , they would not release it to me because there was a order before mine, large order they still was working on and no on can get the item to scan. The manager walked off said she had to take a lunch. She called the store police the 2 guys came stand near the counter as if I was being inappropriate. I waited because my daughter needed it. But this why businesses going out of business. It could have been let me check to see where they are in the process. Then advise the shopper that the order next with only one item was here for pickup. This didn’t happen in TX or GA when I used it. I guess Target the new Walmart smh. It was the bad customer service experience.
