The Staff I experienced when I visited the store was rude and disrespectful. Debi and Sammi was the ones I interacted with. I was purchasing TCG product and there was a limit 2 per unit, there was a sign that confirmed that and it’s also Targets policy. Knowing this I only grabbed what I’d be able to purchase. I proceeded to self check out but then was called over by Debi at customer service, I thought oh cool I don’t have to scan what I was buying so I decided to go to her. Then as soon as I approached her I was presented with a lecture. There was 1 unit that they would only let 1 per person. Tho not knowing this and was given no reason why she had a rude attitude towards me, my partner was trying to correct her behavior she didn’t want to hear it so she called her lead (Sammi) I was hoping she would be more understanding but when she approached she said she didn’t want to go back and forth between us and Debi and did not want to talk about what was going on so we can buy what we were going to or she would kick us out. No understanding just a threat do what she said or be kicked out.

Love this store, always a great experience shopping here, clean, friendly, and always find what I need! All the Target stores in Wichita are great but this is my regular go to! Usually less busy than the Rock and Maize Targets!

Great Target with a huge selection of collage apparel and pro apparel. The college apparel was exactly what I was looking for and I got buy one get one 30% off. Great selection! Store is very clean and organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was approached by two employees to make sure I was finding everything that I needed. I wish all Targets had the huge selection of college and pro apparel because it is hit or miss. You will not be disappointed with this Target.

Pretty sad. Employee El told me they would be happy to honor an online price with gift card promotion but their “system” was down. Come back next day and Lesley tells me there nothing she can do. Seems like some training needs done in this target.

I love Target and this one is never too chaotic, which I love. The down side is that it’s smaller and are often low on stock. For example, they rarely have my size in clothing, and the selection offered here isn’t as abundant as other locations. It is of course a smaller store.
