I came to the store on Sunday, Jan 18.26, and it's the first time that someone in Target has told me that the fitting room closes at 6:30 p.m.! One of these young women while I was waiting for the fitting room, which, by the way they only had three available! Of all the fitting rooms inside, only three were available, and they do this so they don't have to work as hard, and the girl said to me, "Oh, she was waiting first," (another person that was for the other entrance), which is not true because I was sitting inside waiting with another lady, but she gave priority to a Caucasian person. So then When I came back to try on another outfit, the other young woman told me that the fitting room was already closed, and it was only 6:30 p.m. This isn't the first time I've been to this store, and they never close the fitting room at this time. Then I walked past the fitting room and saw people going in and out, which means it wasn't closed. They had simply discriminated against me. Someone should call these young women out, as they seem to be playing around instead of working. And I was looking for a Manager , but never find one. Please someone needs to put attention to this since my review is not the only one that complaint about the same issue, it’s a shame because this was a nice location , but now has a terrible customer service .

Never in my life have I entered a Target and found myself amongst such a friendly and helpful team of employees. Every single employee I even remotely crossed paths with smiled and greeted me. The visit simply made my whole outlook on the day better. You’re all doing something right! Great job and thank you! My visit was the morning of Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

The worst target I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried multiple times to grab an associate to assist me with grabbing a locked toothbrush. I was told 3 times someone would assist me as I waited for 20 minutes. Was directed to the dressing room. The rooms were filthy and also no one attending it there either. You either need new staff or more staff. This is ridiculous. Never returning here

It's really unbelievable how consistently terrible this Target in Buckhead is. Every time I come here, it's like playing Where's Waldo to find a single employee on the floor to help you. It's practically like they DON'T WANT you to make any purchased with how slow or nonexistent customer service is. Store is run-down and has an odd layout of products as well. Possibly the worst Target in Atlanta.

This is my neighborhood Target. However, I often choose to go to other locations due to the poor service. Today, I attempted to checkout and the cashier was on her phone texting away. Instead of ringing me up, she told me to go to self checkout. I had at least 12 items. If she had time to be on her phone and she WORKS AT TARGET then she could’ve rang up my items. That’s completely unacceptable. I get my items and I look back and she all of a sudden decides to open up her lane. I witnessed her scan someone with one item and then smile at me and said have a nice day. She wanted to act funny so I’m acting hilarious.
