I don’t know what is going on with the entire company of Target. But their stores have become trash….product is cheap and pedestrian and the quality has become absolute crap and the experience…..terrible! I use to shop at Target 4-5 times a week….now I barely go three times a year and when I do…..this is what the experience is like. This company use to have standards and quality and unique products that kept customers coming….but now….I feel like I’m walking into a Walmart or a Tuesday Morning.

This morning at the Midtown Target I had the worst experience with a Manager at the Customer Service deslk,named Malik., He not only made me feel I was bothering him but he had the audacity to tell me he didn't know a simple question about a item that was on sale, he just said at first he didn't know when I asked him to check it he said it pwasn't on sale without even checking. He was not friendly but acted annoyed I that I was asking, when I showed him the photo I took in-store where the item was on sale, he never said anything but looked even more annoyed as he adjusted the price. NEVER have I had a manager act this way and made me feel guilty for asking a question. If he doesn't like his job he shouldn't be working there as a .manager and especially in customer service. I live close and have been coming to this store along time but his attitude has made me decide to go to any other Target but this.one.

Great Target 🎯 location - West Midtown Atlanta! Located right by IKEA and other shopping places. Atlantic Station right around the corner for lunch, chill, city vibes. 💯🇺🇸👏🏽🐺

My husband came to this Target store with a long shopping list. Since we are from Belgium and he didn’t know the store, Lee kindly walked through the store with him and helped find every item. We are very grateful for his exceptional help and kindness. Excellent customer service!

Stopped in this Target a few weeks ago and Jordan in the tech department was such a help. He was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and professional. He took his time and explained all the options to me and even offered to check me out. I had some other shopping to so I got my things and went to the front where Joale checked me out. The line was pretty busy but he was efficient and pleasant. Kudos to them both!
