After a long and tiring workday on 4/8, I stopped by the Target in Alameda around 4:30pm to pick up some makeup remover towelettes. I waved my hand over the sensor, and within two minutes a Target employee came over to help. He was incredibly kind, calm, and patient — exactly the energy I needed at the end of the day. His genuine demeanor truly lifted my mood and made my day so much better. I wish I had gotten his name for my review.

Clean, organized, well stocked. Plenty of parking. Staff does not speak to you or look you in the eye when asking for assistance.

This place just gets worse overtime. You can’t buy a simple cetaphil cleanser, it’s locked up and you press the button and wait for over ten minutes and no one shows up. Guest services is incompetent and ask for the isle number. I’m not walking back and forth to do your job

Location, great. Staff, decent. Products, great. Bathroom? Grooossssss!! For this area you would expect a tidy bathroom and this is the total opposite. Open beer can, paper everywhere, no paper towels and it smelled terrible. I’ve never seen a Target bathroom so disgusting!!! The lines were all long but they moved fairly quickly.

100% satisfaction at this location. Alameda Ca Target is crushing it. Staff is wonderful and using the drive up pick up order is so easy and they are on it. Thanks Target of Alameda, CA.
